Path of Pollen™

An interdisciplinary exploration of humanity's relationship with bees, pollinators, and the living world.

Path of Pollen™ explores humanity's relationship with bees, pollinators, nature, and the living world through history, ecology, philosophy, movement, contemplative practice, and traditional knowledge.

Overview

As a yoga teacher, lifelong student, and practitioner, this work is approached with curiosity, humility, and respect for diverse wisdom traditions. The studies draw from Eastern philosophies, Western scientific perspectives, and contemporary applied practices that explore the relationship between people, pollinators, nature, and holistic well-being.

This work honors both ancient traditions and modern inquiry while recognizing that knowledge continues to evolve through observation, research, responsible practice, and meaningful dialogue.

Path of Pollen™ serves as a space for learning, reflection, and exploration. It brings together ecological stewardship, contemplative practices, regenerative living, historical traditions, and interdisciplinary perspectives to encourage a deeper relationship with the natural world.
